The Design Process
Phase I - Defining & Conceptualizing
Before we can begin working, we need your help in understanding your vision, expectations and requirements for your graphic or web design project. The first thing we need you to do is go to our contact page and fill out the contact form you'll find there. Please be sure to put as much detail about your project as possible, since that will help facilitate our understanding of your objectives. We will respond within 48 hours with either more questions or more detail about your project. Your feedback is very important to us, and will help us move to the next phase as quickly as possible.
Phase II - Design & Production
Once we have a more clear idea of what your goals are, we'll begin developing your project through use of our collective concepts. During this stage we will have updates for you, so we'll count on you to stay in touch with us. Your timely feedback is crucial and may effect our ability to complete your project in our agreed upon timeframe.
Phase III - Delivery
In this final phase, your digital product is fully functional and ready for roll-out. We test our products in the most popular browsers to make sure they look, feel and operate the way they are intended to. Once we complete this testing and you approve of the final product, we hand it over to you. We also offer optional installation and implementation services, at your discretion. Any print files are forwarded to you via email or through a direct download link, and printed materials are delivered to you by mail.
